It is extremely rate for a natural coffee to be processed and exported from Colombia. The farmers at San Rafael took three months to carefully ferment the coffee cherries without over fermenting them and did a spectacular job. The textbook desirable notes for a range of berries are apparent in the fragrance and aroma.
